Responsibilities

As a Clinical Lead, you’ll balance clinical practice with professional leadership. Supporting recruitment, training, supervision, quality improvement, and service innovation. You’ll play a vital role in growing and supporting both your team and our wider services, all while delivering outstanding outcomes for clients.

Requirements

5+ years’ experience as a Physiotherapist (including ACC services)

Strong mentoring, leadership & organisational skills

A client-centred approach & passion for positive outcomes

Desire to contribute to innovation & excellence in healthcare
