Your duties will include, but are not limited to :
You will be responsible for the design, delivery, facilitation, and evaluation of the education programme for this clientCoordinate and support the clinical placement of students from affiliated schools and universitiesEngage with specialist organisations and the wider community to determine training and education opportunities for staff and residentsEnsure that the clinical training programme is aligned with the Eden Alternative, our clients’ values, and strategic organisational objectivesFacilitate the utilisation of high-quality online training as an adjunct to face-to-face learningDemonstrate a positive solution-orientated attitude to overcoming barriers and challenges faced when creating or facilitating trainingThe ideal candidate will ideally have :
A current Annual Practising Certificate as a Registered Nurse backed by rich clinical experience in various fields of nursingPost-graduate certification or / and registration as an Eden Associate is desirableA curious mind- you are open to learning and adopting an evidenced-based practiceA warm heart- caring is at your core.
