We are seeking a multi-talented, highly organised individual to join our team in a unique hybrid role combining HR administration and customer service support on our busy PYO farm in Riverhead.
This is a part-time fixed-term position from October to early February.
We are very busy over the summer period so weekend and public holidays availability is essential.
The successful candidate will be the administrative backbone of our HR processes, supporting recruitment, contracting, and onboarding of our seasonal team, while also stepping into customer service duties as needed. This role is crucial to keeping both our team and our customers happy and well-supported during our busiest time of year.
Flexibility and adaptability are essential as no two days are ever quite the same!
The ideal candidate is someone who is hyper-organised, has excellent time-management and prioritisation skills, and has a proven administrative background. About us : We are a busy PYO berry farm and have become a well known destination for local and international visitors.

Find out more about us on our website www.goodplanet.co.nz Key Responsibilities Include : Assist with seasonal hiring, preparing job adverts, screening applicants, and maintaining communication Organise and maintain employee records and contracts Keep detailed calendars and ensure timely onboarding of successful candidates Provide support for general office admin duties as required Provide friendly and efficient customer service across different departments when required Assist customers at POS, including processing payments and answering general enquiries Required Skills Proven experience in an administrative or HR support role Proficient in Google applications and MS Office Suite The ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast paced environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion Comfortable working with the public and committed to delivering top-tier customer service Excellent time management skills Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy A team player who is equally capable of working independently You must have the legal right to work in New Zealand to be considered for this role.
