Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Support Administrator to join our technical team.
You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations by providing technical assistance to our Out of Home customers (OOH – fuel stations, cafés, and hotels etc.) and administrative support to our skilled technicians maintaining our coffee machinery.
You Will Be Responsible For, But Not Limited To
Provide phone and email assistance on the technical service support line
Communicate and liaise with internal technicians and OOH customers with the aim to resolve technical issues via phone
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up until resolution
Maintain systems data including accurate records of customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions
Support the implementation of Salesforce to the business
Load and facilitate oil channel general services monthly
Setup, amend and terminate general services agreements
Qualifications
At least 2 years customer services experience
Previous barista and coffee machine experience – Advantage
SAP experience – Advantage
Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new technologies quickly
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Computer proficiency
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
Valid unrestricted work visa
