Support Engineers
About the Role :
As a core part of the support function, you'll manage escalated technical issues, monitor infrastructure health, and maintain SLA-driven service delivery for key clients.
This is a dynamic role suited to engineers who thrive in high-availability environments.
Responsibilities :
Deliver L2 / L3 support for complex infrastructure issues across Windows, networking, M365, and virtualization platforms
Monitor systems and resolve incidents within SLA windows
Execute change requests, patch management, and system upgrades
Liaise with vendors and internal SMEs to triage and elevate critical issues
Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing
Requirements :
3–5+ years of experience in technical support or systems engineering roles
Strong troubleshooting skills across Microsoft, VMware, and networking tech
Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g., ConnectWise, ServiceNow)
Willingness to work rotational 24x7 shifts
