We're looking for a Technical Support Engineer with a solid foundation in software engineering and a keen interest in computer vision.
You'll be supporting and improving AI-powered systems that process images and CCTV footage in real-world environments.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex systems, digging into data pipelines, and making sure everything runs smoothly from edge devices through to dashboards.
What You'll Be DoingSupporting and maintaining computer vision applications across multiple platformsWorking with image processing pipelines, CCTV input, and real-time data streamsTroubleshooting and enhancing systems built in Python, C++, PHP, C#, and SQLManaging containerised environments with Docker and KubernetesWorking with Red Hat OpenShift and orchestration toolsSupporting MLOps pipelines, model deployments, and monitoringHandling ETL workflows, Power BI dashboards, and Kafka data pipelinesActing as the technical bridge between engineering teams and end users
What You'll BringStrong software engineering experience with Python, C++, PHP, and / or C#Solid understanding of SQL and relational databasesExperience supporting or deploying containerised systems (Docker, Kubernetes)Familiarity with Red Hat OpenShift or similar orchestration platformsExposure to MLOps or machine learning model workflowsExperience working with CCTV, image data, or real-time video streams is a big plusETL / data pipeline experience (Power BI, Kafka) preferredStrong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, user-first mindset
