What you will need to succeed : Is a natural leader with experience managing personnel and efficient workflows.Has great financial skills.Has a mechanical aptitude and an eye for detail.Can demonstrate wide experience in the Industry.Is highly organised with a track record of achievement.Has a professional and customer focused attitude.Exceptional communication skills and able to have tough conversations with Employees, Customers, or Suppliers.Drives a high-performance safety culture.Proficient in SimPRO is an advantage but full training will be provided.Further RequirementsFull Clean NZ Drivers Licence.Must be able to pass and Maintain Ministry of Justice Checks and relevant Police and Security checks.Eligible to work in NZ on a full-time basis.Your key areas of responsibility will be : Customer Service and administrationStaff management and labour efficiencyMonitoring quality of work and safety standardsDevelopment and training of our Installation Personnel & PortfoliosBudget management and profit targetsEnsure compliance of Health & Safety policies and all legal requirements are being maintained.If you are legally entitled to work in New Zealand, have a positive attitude, are pro-active and want to work for a company that cares about its people and its customers.
