We’re looking for a Digital Operations Specialist to take the lead in training, onboarding, and supporting our team across Ray White systems and technology. This role is all about ensuring our people are confident, capable, and making the most of the tools at their fingertips.

Responsibilities

• Lead induction and training for new team members
• Provide ongoing training and refreshers on Ray White systems
• Be the first point of contact for all internal tech support needs
• Work closely with leadership to identify training gaps and opportunities
