Job Role : Operations & Franchise Support Manager
Based Location : Auckland (with travel across Northland)
Reports To : Operations Manager (Auckland & Northland)
Emp. Type : Full Time / 40 hours per week,
Days of Work : Tuesday to Saturday
Hours : 1.00pm – 9.30pm.
About the Role
As Operations & Franchise Support Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering operational support and ensuring consistent service quality across sites. You will be responsible for supporting franchisees through training, compliance monitoring, and performance improvement initiatives. This role also involves ensuring exceptional service delivery, managing quality assurance processes, compliance with health and safety standards, engaging with customers to resolve issues, coordinating new site setups, and supporting our Auckland and Northland franchise network.
This is a hybrid role based in Auckland with regular travel across the Northland region – having a full driver’s license is a mandatory requirement.
Key Responsibilities
- Training and induction of new staff and franchisees and staff on cleaning methods, policies, health & safety practices, and environmental standards.
- Coordinate and support the setup of new clients, ensuring operational readiness and service excellence.
- Conduct site audits, manage complaints, and ensure compliance with QA standards.
- Monitor hazards, manage H&S documentation, and ensure safety standards are met.
- Maintain accurate operational records in systems such as Totallane, Ezitracker, and Greentree.
- Build strong relationships with franchisees and clients.
About You
3–5 years’ work experience at similer level in commercial cleaning across multiple sites.Hands-on experience with special works (e.g., carpet cleaning, strip & seal, etc).Careerforce Level 2 or 3 qualification (preferred).Strong understanding of H&S requirements and operational compliance.Proven ability to coach and upskill teams through on-the-job training.Excellent relationship-building, customer service and communication skills.Physically fit with a strong work ethic.Ability to travel across Auckland and Northland with flexibility to work non-standard hours.NZ Driver’s Licence is essential.What We Offer
