Communities free from sexual and family harm.RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated Business Support Administrator to join our Therapeutic Services, ACC team in Tauranga Moana.
This role provides vital financial and administrative support to ensure the smooth delivery of ACC-funded therapeutic services.
You'll work closely with the Clinical Contracts Manager and Senior Business Support Administrator, liaising with treatment providers and maintaining accurate invoicing, reporting, and system records.
As a key member of our team, you'll contribute to process improvements, help ensure efficient workflows, and uphold the values of Tautoko Mai in all aspects of your work.What You'll DoProcess invoices, payments, and reconciliations accurately and on timeMaintain treatment provider records across systems including CMS, Medtech, and XeroSupport the Clinical Contracts Manager and Senior Business Support Administrator with day-to-day operationsProvide administrative support for the recruitment and onboarding of treatment providersSupport to identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflowsProvide back-up administrative support across the team as requiredBuild strong, respectful relationships with treatment providers, colleagues, and stakeholdersEnsure all work aligns with cultural competency, inclusivity, and the values of Tautoko MaiWhat You'll Bring3+ years administration experience, ideally in ACC, medical, or similar fieldProficiency with database systems (CMS, Medtech, or similar) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)Strong analytical and reporting skillsExperience in process improvement and workflow developmentUnderstanding of privacy and confidentiality requirementsGood written communication and customer service skillsAbility to build positive relationships and work collaborativelyKnowledge of medical terminology (desirable)Personal AttributesFlexible, proactive, and willing to learnEmpathetic and respectful, with strong cultural awarenessOrganised, accurate, and reliableProfessional and able to manage changing priorities with easeWhy Tautoko Mai?
