We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team.
You will need to learn and understand the StraitNZ business and then utilise your sales expertise to hunt for new business and grow your existing portfolio.Reporting to the General Manager – Freight Forwarding, you will be responsible for : Identifying new business and converting this into sales revenue.Managing existing customers and looking for growth opportunities.Develop and implement call cycle plans to achieve set targets.Meeting all KPI's and ensuring margin integrity is upheld for the business.Working closely with the operations team to ensure new clients onboard smoothly into the StraitNZ network.This is a full-time permanent opportunity based at our modern Auckland Depot in Wiri.Who we are we looking for?
A natural hunter / farmer with plenty of drive to exceed targets.
You must have on the road experience, proven capabilities in building B2B relationships and a good track record for sale conversion and success growing existing accounts.
