Principal Operational Technology Cyber Security Specialist_Auckland
At Jacobs, we are seeking a Principal OT Cyber Security Specialist to join our ANZ team in Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth or Auckland. The role leads engagement and delivery of OT and Cyber Security projects, planning, managing and delivering projects to meet client requirements, and developing internal and external client relationships to build the pipeline. You will provide technical input and leadership to projects and contribute to the ongoing improvement of OT and Cyber Security capabilities within Jacobs.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and undertake projects within OT and Cyber Security for critical infrastructure projects
- Demonstrate ongoing technical competency and contribute to quality assurance activities
- Mentor less experienced colleagues to support professional development
- Develop and leverage client relationships to identify and win upcoming work
- Serve as a Senior QC reviewer for projects in your area of expertise
- Identify, communicate and manage project risks and opportunities, and mitigate risks
- Support pursuit and delivery of OT and Cyber Security projects, including pipeline development with critical infrastructure clients such as water authorities, and preparation of proposals
- Manage programs of projects and deliver scope for major project deliveries
- Continuously upskill and share knowledge through thought leadership within Jacobs
Qualifications
Relevant tertiary degree (in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field)Robust knowledge of OT and Cyber Security standards and designExperience preparing project lifecycle documents (marketing and sales documents, proposals, consultancy reports and design documentation)Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with teams and clientsExperience in leadership of OT and cyber security pursuits and project deliveryTrack record in building a strong pipeline of opportunitiesEnsure compliance with local and national codes and standardsExperience with stakeholder engagement and managementExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCommitment to Continuous Professional Development and market awarenessAbility to work under minimal guidance and mentor less experienced team membersAbout Jacobs and Benefits
