About the Role :

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Sales Support & Operations Manager to lead and optimise our sales support functions. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of sales processes, improving operational efficiency, and enabling the sales team to focus on revenue generation. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a process-driven mindset, and experience working with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, implement, and continuously improve sales processes and workflows.
• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide detailed reports to senior management.
• Manage and champion CRM (HubSpot) and HawkEye Pro systems, ensuring accurate reporting and pipeline visibility.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation of sales platforms, partnering with IT and Digital teams for seamless integration.
• Provide timely support to the Head of Sales and oversee order management, contract administration, and customer onboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, marketing, finance, HR, IT, and customer service to align systems and processes.
• Analyse sales data, prepare regular reports, and deliver actionable insights to inform strategy and operational efficiency.
• Lead change management initiatives, supporting adoption of new systems and processes across the business.
