With our long-standing Corporate Operations Manager heading into a well-earned retirement, we're looking for a strategic and results-driven Group Operations Manager to lead and transform our operational procurement functions - non-trade procurement, fleet and property.

Reporting to the General Manager Corporate Affairs, this is a pivotal role where you'll drive innovation, deliver measurable savings and align operations with PGW's strategic goals.

What you'll be doing :

• Leading strategic procurement transformation across non-trade procurement, fleet and property functions
• Driving operational efficiency, cost reduction and supplier performance improvements
• Building team capability and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement
• Embedding governance frameworks to manage risk, ensure compliance and prevent value leakage
• Partnering with business units and the Executive Leadership Team to deliver enterprise-wide value
• Overseeing supplier relationship management, fleet optimisation and property investment planning
• Championing sustainability and ESG integration across operational strategies.
