Due to internal movement, we currently are recruiting for a passionate Field Sales Manager, responsible for overseeing a team of 7 Sales Representatives who are dedicated to managing the call cycle of our retail partners within their designated territory.
The successful applicant will be diligent and passionate professional with excellent people management skills, demonstrated experience working with cross functional Sales and Marketing departments and proficient in data analysis and financial literacy, with a track record of delivering successful strategies from conception to execution.
Ideally, someone with strong business and customer relationship experience in hardware, retail or similar industry.
Key Responsibilities :
Manage sales volume and preferred partnership status with customer groups in your designated region.
Lead and manage a harmonious team focused on company objectives.
Develop positive business relationships with customers and end users.
Introduce new products and obtain core range acceptance in your region.
Manage internal and external product training.
Organize and participate in trade events and exhibitions.
Set and review KPIs for area sales managers.
Provide regular reports on key objectives, region results, customers, and sales.
What you will bring to the role :
Minimum 2 years of experience in people management.
Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and presenting internally and externally.
Successful track record in negotiating and resolving issues.
Previous experience in strategic sales.
Demonstrated ability to handle customer objections and follow up diligently.
Proven experience in working autonomously and strong time-management skills.
Full driver's license with a good driving history.
