Responsibilities
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with :
- Take ownership of RedBull New Zealand's sales systems, apps, and tools.
- Act as the go-to expert and key contact for RedBull HQ’s data and systems team.
- Ensure clean, accurate data flows and develop tools to uncover gaps and opportunities across territories, segments, and stores.
- Provide training and support to users, empowering them to excel with field CRM tools.
- Lead the implementation and maintenance of the field team’s quarterly KPI structure.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and evaluate field execution standards.
- Create and manage tools such as Cooler, VIP, JBP, and Display planners to enhance execution.
- Compile reports from third-party merchandising agencies and provide actionable insights.
- Ensure efficient resource deployment by maintaining and updating quarterly plans.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to align field execution with business priorities.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to maximize ROI and improve field performance.
- Share best practices and mission-critical updates to streamline operational success.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to uncover opportunities.
- Develop dashboards and reports that empower the field sales team with actionable insights.
- Utilize tools like Dunnhumby and Circana to support impactful JBP decks and store planograms.
- Train and support field users to effectively use data tools and systems.
- Manage distributor data to ensure accuracy and compliance with CRM system requirements.
- Perform data integrity checks, customer segmentation, and duplication reviews.
- Work cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives.
