Sales Manager

You'll be stepping into a leadership role where you'll guide a high-performing sales team, build deep customer relationships, and help shape the future of the business.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Key Account Managers and sales professionals

Drive performance through KPIs, coaching, and strategic planning

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry bodies, and internal stakeholders

Oversee operational logistics and ensure smooth delivery processes

Provide market feedback and insights to leadership

Support continuous improvement initiatives across systems and processes

Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities

What You'll Bring

Minimum 3 years' experience in the trucking or commercial vehicle industry

Proven experience leading a sales team and driving performance

Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth

Exceptional relationship management skills across internal and external stakeholders

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, reporting, forecasting)

A self-starter mindset with a solution-focused approach

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, manual systems environment
