Key Responsibilities
Manage and respond to enquiries through the Services Mailbox, ensuring professionalism, accuracy, and timeliness.
Maintain and update a library of response templates to improve efficiency and consistency.
Escalate complex issues to relevant team members while safeguarding service quality.
Support the onboarding, access management, and account maintenance of users.
Provide first-line support for system enquiries, troubleshooting issues in collaboration with stakeholders.
Assist with programme reporting, data entry, and analysis to support service performance reviews.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma qualification; additional certifications in administration, communications, or social services are advantageous.
2 years of experience in administrative support, enquiry management, or customer service, preferably in the social service sector.
Familiarity with database systems, reporting platforms, or data management processes.
