Responsibilities
Manage customer interactions by providing product information, processing orders, handling queries, and resolving complaints to ensure a positive experience.
Collect and analyze customer feedback while maintaining databases and supporting proactive outreach.
Collaborate with internal teams to address operational risks, ensure smooth delivery execution, and uphold company SOPs.
Support overall operations through documentation, issue resolution, and additional assigned tasks.
