About the role
Our new Wanaka Village will be opening mid 2026! Situated just over a kilometer from the bustling resort township of Wanaka with sweeping mountain views, this village will be the quintessential of retirement living!
We are seeking an experienced sales executive to work on site at our village for pre-completion sales and envisage this person starting around late October 2025. The position involves promoting and selling our premium units presently under construction.You will be responsible for actively managing a database of sales prospects, networking with the wider community and building relationships with existing and prospective residents to feed the sales pipeline and deliver on sales outcomes.
Reporting to the Development Sales Manager, you will work collaboratively with the Village & Development team and wider support team, prepare projects for sales launch and contribute to marketing strategies unique to our Wanaka village. Again, this is a brand-new premium village that is ready to sell and already generating significant interest!
