What We Offer
- 5‑Day Work Week : Office hours (9 : 30 AM – 6 : 30 PM); rest day on one weekday and one weekend day (currently on a Sunday, but might be Saturday / Sunday in the future)

Your Role
As an HR / Recruitment Executive, you will manage the full lifecycle of our caregiving talents, ensuring a seamless experience from hiring to engagement and retention. Your core responsibilities include :
Impactful Recruitment & Selection : Drive the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from expertly screening and interviewing candidates to coordinating with overseas and local third parties for successful deployment from their home countries to Singapore.Essential Documentation & Compliance : Manage critical tasks including creating professional biodatas and handling all necessary Work Permit applications to ensure full regulatory compliance.Seamless Integration & Development : Ensure new hires succeed through comprehensive onboarding, orientation, and training programs.Caregiver Advocacy & Support : Foster long‑term success by providing proactive post‑placement integration counselling and consistent follow‑up support.Dynamic Operational Support : Contribute to our company’s visibility by assisting with our social media presence and supporting general HR and administrative operations.What We’re Looking For
Experience & Education : A Diploma in any discipline is required. Prefer candidates with prior experience in HR or a Degree / Diploma in Human Resources, but we are eager to train and mentor fresh talent.Essential Certification : Willingness to obtain the CEI (Basic) certification (training and exam fees are fully sponsored by Anglo Caregivers).Professional Experience : At least 2 years of desk‑based work experience in Singapore.Work Ethic : Highly motivated, independent, and capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.Communication Skills : Competent in both spoken and written English.
