In this standalone role, you’ll partner closely with management to shape workplace culture, drive engagement initiatives, and strengthen HR systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

1. People & Culture

• Drive the full HR lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding — with a focus on culture and engagement.
• Organise staff engagement activities, appreciation events, and internal communications.
• Support pulse surveys and retention initiatives to strengthen employee experience.
• Champion organisational values and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
• Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
