We’re looking for a people-centric and proactive HR Executive to join our mission-driven education provider.
In this standalone role, you’ll partner closely with management to shape workplace culture, drive engagement initiatives, and strengthen HR systems across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
1. People & Culture
- Drive the full HR lifecycle — recruitment, onboarding, development, and offboarding — with a focus on culture and engagement.
- Organise staff engagement activities, appreciation events, and internal communications.
- Support pulse surveys and retention initiatives to strengthen employee experience.
- Champion organisational values and foster a positive, collaborative culture.
- Handle sensitive employee matters with professionalism and discretion.
2. HR Operations & Systems
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and manage job postings.Implement and improve HR systems, workflows, and reporting processes.Support payroll preparation, leave tracking, and attendance updates.Recommend process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.3. Compliance & Policy
Ensure fair and compliant HR practices in line with MOM regulations and employment law.Review and update HR policies and the employee handbook as the organisation evolves.Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management , Business Administration , or related field.2–3 years of hands‑on HR experience in Singapore (end‑to‑end preferred).Strong understanding of MOM compliance , CPF, and HR best practices.Organised, detail‑oriented, and discreet in handling confidential matters.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Prior experience in the education or training sector is an advantage.Familiarity with HR systems or digital HR transformation tools preferred.Why Join Us
