Job description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Assistant / Executive to support and grow our online sales channels, including our own e-commerce store and third-party marketplaces. This role requires a blend of operational agility, commercial savviness, and digital know-how to deliver growth, while strengthening presence of Wilmar brands online.

Key Responsibilities

Own E-commerce Store

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company’s online store (new product uploads, pricing updates, stock adjustments, promotions, banners, and content).
  • Ensure accurate product information, availability, and smooth checkout experience.
  • Work with marketing team to execute and monitor online campaigns, SEO / SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Monitor web analytics (traffic, conversion, bounce rate) to optimize store performance.
  • Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to track and improve customer experience.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.

Third-Party Marketplaces (including Redmart, Pandamart, Amazon)

  • Execute monthly promotions and activations on key marketplace platforms.
  • Ensure stock stability across all brands and platforms, with timely communication with client planning teams.
  • Coordinate new product listings and improve product page experience to drive conversion.
  • Coordinate PO fulfilment and logistic issues as relevant.
  • Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online retail (own store and / or marketplaces).
  • Knowledge and prior experience with online store management platforms.
  • Hands‑on experience with digital analytics and digital marketing tools.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and time‑management skills.
  • Team player with good communication and cross‑functional coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and flexibility across multiple projects.
  • A curious and growth‑oriented mindset.
  • Keen interest in consumer goods industry and consumer experience.
