Senior / Executive, Property Management (2-Year Contract)

Salary : Up to $5,500 per month (depending on experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a dedicated and proactive Property Management professional to oversee the day-to-day operations and maintenance of our company’s properties. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our facilities are safe, well-maintained, and running smoothly while providing excellent service to our tenants and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Handle and take over premises from tenants and purchasers
• Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all properties
• Supervise contractors for maintenance, repairs, and renovation works
• Maintain building standards, including security and cleanliness
• Manage and respond to feedback, service requests, and complaints promptly
• Foster strong relationships with tenants and partners
• Be part of the Company Emergency Response Team (SIC, ERT, First Aider)
• Manage on-site project works and support other duties as assigned
