Technology Strategy Lead

Overview

Technology Strategy Lead sits within our Technology Innovation team, responsible for leading Contact into a technology and data-driven future. We partner with business teams to deliver innovative, user-centric solutions that make a positive, measurable impact.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading the development and delivery of one- to five-year technology roadmaps, ensuring strategic alignment and driving innovation.
• Coordinating business demand management, investment planning, risk and dependency management.
• Facilitating workshops and ideation sessions to identify transformation opportunities and drive alignment.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to delivery and operations teams, supporting end-to-end roadmap management.
• Communicating strategy and roadmap updates to stakeholders, partners, and suppliers.
• Supporting operational performance, asset management and helping to build the technical and commercial capability across technology teams.

You’ll have the chance to create and refine roadmaps, drive change leadership, and shape the future technology at Contact. You’ll be at the heart of our strategy, helping to drive capability growth across the business. No two days will be the same, and you’ll be empowered to experiment, learn, and grow. You’ll need to align priorities, influence and perform through teams, and navigate competing priorities with support along the way.
