As Head of Digital, you’ll be the driving force behind our global digital growth, leading performance marketing, eCommerce, and digital innovation. Every click, scroll, and interaction you touch will fuel both short‑term results and long‑term brand love.
You’ll blend creative storytelling, sharp commercial acumen, and technical mastery to push I Love Ugly into the next era of digital excellence.

Core Responsibilities
- Develop and own the overall digital vision and roadmap.
- Leverage tools, channels, and innovations to hit business goals.
- Align digital efforts with brand, marketing, and growth strategies.
- Oversee all performance channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, SMS, SEO, email), managing a mix of in‑house and outsourced execution.
- Manage media budgets and ensure strong ROI.
- Drive acquisition, retention, list growth, and engagement through digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Creative Director to distribute content and storytelling across all digital platforms.
- Own online sales targets and the eCommerce P&L.
- Partner with the Head of Online to optimise the store for conversion, UX, and growth.
- Lead CRO, A / B testing, and personalisation initiatives.
- Oversee product drops, promotions, and online‑exclusive campaigns.
- Build and maintain a world‑class digital tech stack (CRM, CDP, analytics, ad platforms, automation).
- Track and analyse KPIs to drive decision‑making.
- Work with the Head of Online to ensure platforms are fast, secure, and scalable.
- Manage and mentor the digital team, agencies, and freelancers.
- Collaborate with Creative, Online, Product, Design, and Operations to align efforts.
- Inspire a high‑performing, curious, and forward‑thinking digital culture.
- Stay ahead of trends (AI, social commerce, apps, new platforms).
- Identify and test new growth opportunities.
- Experiment with influencer partnerships, UGC, and emerging formats like TikTok Shop.
Head office is based in Auckland, New Zealand.
Salary package is dependent on the individual.
