Your Role

As the Tech Lead, you\'ll be responsible for leading a squad of software development and QA engineers, guiding them from concept to deployment.

You\'ll use your technical expertise and leadership skills to deliver world-class mobile products that are secure, scalable, and robust.

Lead your squad through the entire development lifecycle, from technical design and planning to deployment and post-production support.

Foster a strong, collaborative engineering culture within your team and the wider organisation, mentoring and developing your team members.

Actively contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring the team\'s solutions are resilient and align with company standards.

Proactively identify and resolve technical roadblocks, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery process.

Your Fit

You\'re a seasoned leader with at least two years of experience guiding an engineering team.

You have a strong background in mobile development, particularly with

React Native

Typescript

, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality, production-ready applications.

You\'re a self-starter who takes initiative, and you\'re just as comfortable with technical architecture as you are with mentoring your team.

You have excellent communication skills and an ego-free attitude, eager to share your knowledge and contribute to a collective understanding.

Experience with Node.js, AWS, or native mobile development is a bonus, but your passion for high-quality code and positive impact is what truly matters.
