Location : Wellington / Auckland based opportunity.

As a Senior Technology Product Manager in this team, you will play a crucial role in Kiwibank’s transformation journey by leading the implementation of our future core banking platform.

In this strategic and influential role, you’ll lead product development across multiple squads, driving customer‑centric solutions that align with Kiwibank’s mission and digital transformation goals.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Technology and other key stakeholders to shape product strategy, define roadmaps, and deliver high‑impact outcomes across multiple product domains. This is a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of banking in Aotearoa.

Key Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in senior product management roles, ideally across multiple squads and / or technical domains
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align product vision with business goals
• Proven experience delivering complex outcomes within agile environments leveraging cross‑functional teams
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience with performance metrics, OKRs, and roadmap development
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a collaborative mindset
• Commercial acumen and experience managing budgets and vendor relationships
