About the Role :

As a Team Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Your responsibilities will include :

General Administration :

Manage correspondence, schedule meetings, prepare documents, and provide day-to-day support to the team.

Event & Meeting Coordination :

Organise meetings, workshops, and events, including logistics, minute-taking, and action tracking.

Travel & Logistics :

Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and ensure compliance with policies.

Financial & Procurement Support :

Process invoices, track expenses, assist with budgeting, and reconcile accounts.

Data & Records Management :

Maintain accurate records, databases, and classified documents.

Stakeholder Engagement :

Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, and service providers.

Process Improvement :

Drive efficiency in administrative workflows and compliance tracking.

About You :

To succeed in this role, you will bring :

Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
