We have a permanent role for a team administrator / PA to support managers and their teams in a government unit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to managers and their teams, including diary management, distributing documents, connecting with stakeholders, and other administrative tasks.

Key qualities

  • Can-do attitude, proactive nature, and the ability to use initiative and get things done, with a good dose of common sense.
  • Qualifications

  • Personal Assistant, team administration, project coordination, or similar experience
  • Experience in diary management
  • Very good relationship management skills
  • Very good communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to follow and apply processes
  • Great time management skills
  • Familiarity with business systems
  • A good degree of system savvy and competence with the Microsoft Office Suite
  • Requirements

  • You will already hold the right to live and work in New Zealand.
