We have a permanent role for a team administrator / PA to support managers and their teams in a government unit.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to managers and their teams, including diary management, distributing documents, connecting with stakeholders, and other administrative tasks.

Can-do attitude, proactive nature, and the ability to use initiative and get things done, with a good dose of common sense.Qualifications
Personal Assistant, team administration, project coordination, or similar experienceExperience in diary managementVery good relationship management skillsVery good communication skills, both oral and writtenAbility to follow and apply processesGreat time management skillsFamiliarity with business systemsA good degree of system savvy and competence with the Microsoft Office SuiteRequirements
