Our ideal candidate possesses a minimum of 5 years' experience in luxury hospitality. With a track record of success in dynamic, high-volume environments, your considerable MICE experience will be an asset. Proficiency in managing multifaceted operations encompassing rooms, banquet facilities, fine dining establishments, bars, and spa services will be highly valued.

Key responsibilities

Key responsibilities include :

• Cultivating a culture of motivation and support among colleagues while setting and achieving ambitious sales and marketing targets.
• Spearheading revenue optimization, in alignment with the modern distribution landscape, with the support of Revenue Management Shared Services.
• Crafting and executing dynamic strategies with agility and precision, consistently driving positive outcomes through your expert negotiation.
• Establish and drive marketing priorities across all revenue centres.
• Leading by example, providing hands-on guidance and encouragement to the team.
• This role demands occasional travel, both domestically and internationally, underscoring its pivotal role in our global outreach efforts. Reporting directly to the Managing Director with dotted lines to our head office, you will wield significant influence as a key leader within our organization.
