Overview

We're on the lookout for a dynamic New Business Director to lead our business development initiatives across New Zealand.

Reporting directly to the Chief Business Development Officer in Sydney, this hands-on role will drive a connected prospecting approach, spearhead new business pitches, and help us maintain our position as a leader in advertising and media.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic prospecting efforts and deliver compelling pitches to potential clients.

Cultivate and manage relationships across our agencies.

Oversee content creation and ensure all communications align with our agency brands.

Analyse performance and market trends to inform strategic business development.

Collaborate with global teams to support multi-agency and cross-Groupe pitches.

Qualifications

Strong relationship-building skills across diverse teams.

Exceptional written communication and storytelling capabilities.

Expertise in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint.

A flexible, problem-solving mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
