As a Performance Director at Flight, you’ll lead the strategy and optimisation of digital customer experiences across SEO, CRO, paid media, and marketing automation. You’ll bring together the art and science of digital brand and performance, ensuring every digital interaction across the customer journey delivers measurable impact for clients and commercial value for the business.
You’ll act as both client advocate and team advocate, connecting what clients need with what our team delivers. You’ll lead workshops, shape engagement strategies, and guide teams and contractors to deliver high‑performing, data‑informed outcomes that move the needle. Your role is to know what “great” looks like in the performance space, stay ahead of trends, and continuously improve how Flight delivers measurable digital success.
