$100,000-$125,000 per year

Architectural and design practice

National focus with North and South Island offices

B2B marketing and PR to drive new business and brand awareness

We are excited to announce a brand-new opportunity for a Head of Market and Brand to join our team at our head office in Kingsland, Auckland.

This hands-on role works across New Zealand to activate marketing and brand initiatives.

We are looking for a clever marketing strategist who can operate independently and has the tactical know-how to execute marketing and PR campaigns.

If you know how to turn insights into marketing initiatives, coordinate creatives to create compelling content, can tailor a winning pitch to a client's needs, and understand the power of brand and a strong CX to build our business, then this role is for you.

You will be working for a national architectural practice that has been around for over 20 years and is known for being a leading design practice and the easiest architects to work with.

We give clients a digital and seamless service and work to create design outcomes that exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

Activate marketing and brand initiatives across New Zealand.

Operate independently and apply tactical know-how to execute marketing and PR campaigns.

Turn insights into marketing initiatives and coordinate creatives to produce compelling content.

Tailor pitches to client needs and support new business efforts.

Leverage brand and customer experience (CX) to help grow the business.

Requirements

Minimum of five years' experience in brand and marketing roles, either client and / or agency environments

Great writing and editing skills, and track record in creating winning pitches and presentations to support new business

A degree in marketing or a related field is preferable

Experience in WordPress would be advantageous

Proven experience in managing end-to-end marketing initiatives, digital and print

Ideally experience in B2B and / or marketing professional services

Experience in outsourcing and managing creatives e.g. photographers, videographers, graphic designers

Demonstrate where market insights have driven strategy to focus on the right things for maximum results.
