Job Title : Marketing Manager

Main Duties :
l Developing the company’s marketing budget, plans, and strategies to support both construction development projects and the sales / agency of construction materials.
l Implementing targeted marketing campaigns to promote new property developments and increase demand for the company’s construction material products.
l Researching and analyzing market data and industry trends to identify potential client markets, new project opportunities, and distribution channels for building materials.
l Providing advice to the management team on improving service offerings to existing clients and attracting new customers in both construction projects and material supply.
l Using multiple distribution channels (online platforms, industry exhibitions, business networks) to enhance brand awareness and expand our presence in the construction and building materials market.
l Promoting the company’s development projects and building material agency services to targeted market segments, including contractors, developers, and retail customers.
Requirement
Must have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
