We are now seeking an experienced, adaptable, and energetic Marketing Manager to join our team, focusing on the Childrensworld category.
About the Role :
As the Marketing Category Manager, you will report directly to the Brand and Retail Marketing Manager and play a key role in delivering all aspects of the marketing plan across the Farmers business. You will have a proven track record of successfully developing and executing product category plans, promotions, and communication strategies. This role requires a strategic thinker, detail-focused marketer who can manage multiple, complex projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and produce the Category Marketing business plan, ensuring successful delivery across all channels.
- Apply strategic thinking and innovative approaches to drive the success of marketing initiatives.
- Use data insights to analyse key metrics and interpret trends to optimise marketing strategies.
- Plan and manage campaigns from end to end.
- Oversee the production of television / video, photography, print, and digital assets.
- Lead the briefing, planning, and evaluation of media strategies.
- Inspire and evaluate creative output, ensuring all work is of the highest standard.
- Build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have :
A minimum of 3 years' experience at a senior marketing level (ideally at Brand Manager level).A proven ability to manage high-volume workflows and complex projects.Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and developing teams.A passion for the category, with experience in and a strong understanding of the New Zealand retail market.Experience in campaign management across all channels, including Direct Mail, Digital, and Out of Home.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.Budget management and stakeholder management experience.Skillset Requirements :
