Join to apply for the Trade Marketing Manager role at Hunter Campbell

You will have ownership of Trade Marketing for both Foodstuffs and Woolworths channels, managing promotions, activations, and new product launches. This includes building customer stories, managing media relationships with major retailers, and providing tools for sales teams to deliver excellence in store.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver trade marketing strategy for the At Home channel
  • Manage promotional activations, POS, retail media, and customer campaigns
  • Provide trade inputs to the NPD process, ensuring launches land with impact
  • Lead annual and cycle planning with a long term calendar view
  • Coordinate post-campaign reviews to drive ROI and continuous improvement
  • Champion execution frameworks and ensure sales teams have the right tools

Key Experience And Attributes

  • 5+ years’ FMCG experience in Trade Marketing, Shopper Marketing, or Key Account / Category roles
  • Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, including data interpretation (Nielsen, Dunnhumby, Quantium)
  • Experience managing retailer media and customer relationships (ideally with Precision & Cartology)
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Strong communication, influencing, and ability to present to stakeholders
