Who are we?
You might not know Bidfood yet, but after reading this you'll probably spot one of our 500 trucks on the road today.
Those trucks deliver everything our customers need to stock their kitchens (meat, seafood, fruit and veg, drinks, pantry staples, sweet treats and packaging).
Our customers range from restaurants and cafés to places like the Navy, prisons, aged care, hospitals and schools.We're big ($1.5B revenue) but we keep things practical.
2,300 people, 30 branches, including meat and produce plants from Invercargill to Whangarei (Kerikeri coming soon).
What's the team like?
Our marketing team of 12 (five direct reports) is focused on : Growing basket share with our customers.Driving commercial growth through supplier-led marketing.Building our brand and customer value through events, loyalty program, social media and campaigns.Operationalising marketing across the branches to build value and impact.All this, while becoming smarter and more effective with a digital-first approach, leveraging customer insights, AI, automation, and platforms.Who are we looking for?
A commercial marketer who can keep things moving while our Head of Marketing goes on maternity leave.
Ideally, you've got experience in B2B, food and digital (bonus points for all three).
You'll also need to connect fast with GMs around the country and make those relationships count.Ready to move fast?
