Reporting into executive leadership, you'll be responsible for setting the sales strategy, overseeing a national team of high-performing sales and account professionals, and ensuring consistent, sustainable revenue growth.This is a senior leadership role with both strategic and hands-on responsibilities.

You'll guide the team through long sales cycles, complex buying environments, and high-stakes commercial negotiations.

You'll combine strategic thinking with operational excellence and be just as comfortable in the boardroom as you are mentoring your team.

We are looking for a true sales hunter and someone with proven leadership capability to grow the portfolio and lead the team.You'll bring : 10+ years in senior B2B sales or account management, ideally in tech or telco5+ years in a leadership role with proven success leading teams across complex solutionsA strong track record of driving revenue growth, client retention, and account expansionExpertise in solution selling and commercial deal structuringExcellent communication and relationship-building skills across all levelsStrong understanding of the NZ market and enterprise / government client environmentThe ability to inspire, challenge, and support your team to achieve shared goalsA proactive, outcomes-focused mindset with strong analytical and forecasting skillsApply Now!
