Overview

General Manager of Sales - Home Solutions at Fisher & Paykel Appliances . This role is a leadership position responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and performance of Home Solution’s builder, reseller & retail channels to increase market share and deliver profitable growth, while delivering a world-class end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints aligned to Fisher & Paykel’s brand.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for strategic planning, execution and performance of Home Solution’s builder, reseller & retail channels to increase market share and deliver profitable growth in the short and long term.
• Leverage existing Fisher & Paykel business and networks to sell the whole of Home Solutions and deliver a world-class end-to-end customer experience across all touchpoints aligned to Fisher & Paykel’s brand.
• Drive a culture of high performance and alignment to leading goals, with clear execution of the sales strategy and strong leadership of the sales team.
