If you're ready to leave your mark on a SaaS product portfolio and make an impact at scale, this is the role for youWhat you'll bringProduct Lifecycle Management : Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial research and ideation through implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring alignment with market needsRoadmap Management : Owning and managing product roadmaps that align with overarching business goals and capitalize on market opportunities, ensuring strategic directionMentorship and Team Development : Actively mentoring team members, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and professional growth to enhance team performanceCross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborating with various teams, including GTM, sales, engineering, and customer support, to guarantee quality and timely delivery of products that exceed customer expectationsProcess Improvement : Competence in critically assessing team processes, implementing changes that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in product managementDesign Consistency : Advocacy for consistent design principles across products, ensuring that design systems are effectively utilized for clarity and user understandingTechnical proficiency : Demonstrated technical acumen with a clear grasp of technical landscapes, the ability to inform and shape technical strategy, and the skill to evaluate design and engineering trade-offs to deliver creative, high-quality solutions at pace.Strategic proficiency : In AI capability and application, adept at evaluating platforms, frameworks, and models for specific use cases, and crafting a prioritized AI roadmap and product strategy that aligns with business objectives.Programme Leadership : Defining vision and success metrics, aligning stakeholders, orchestrating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and risks, and delivering strategic outcomes that drive business objectives.What you'll do : Own the product vision, roadmap and success metricsLead and mentor a team of product managers to deliver high-impact solutionsTranslate customer insights into prioritized features with design, engineering and GTM, leveraging new AI tools where possibleEnsure AU / NZ payroll compliance and drive automated, scalable workflowsManage budgets, timelines and risks to hit strategic objectivesCoordinate delivery from epics to release, swiftly resolving dependenciesCollaborate cross-functionally for seamless product launchesCommunicate vision, progress and impact to senior leadershipCulture and BenefitsDatacom is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest suppliers of Information Technology professional services.
