If you are interested to be part of a team that is pushing the envelope of event technologies, and have a self-starter attitude, we want to talk to you.Job ScopeAssist and provide project team in the following but not limited to : client / sales consultations, client pitches and presentations; product development and prototyping; project implementation and management; project administration and logistical supportAdvise and inspire end clients to implement our solution in curating experiences for attendees, speakers and exhibitorsMeeting potential and existing clientsCollaborate with internal and external technical hardware, software, and design expertsCollaborate with developers to ensure contracted requirements and product specifications are executed on time, communicate change requirements as and when requiredOn-going research, analysis and monitoring of market, build products to ensure the on-going growth that meets the needs of the event technology industryDeliver and execute events using in-house product while ensuring consistency in service deliverables and user experiencesJob RequirementsA degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, Communications, Engineering or a relevant disciplineStrong track record for project management, stakeholder collaboration (internal and external)Develop external partnerships and manage vendors for cross-collaboration event projectsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills – willing to roll up your sleeves and do what needs to be doneAdaptable, resourceful and can shift priorities quickly in a fast-paced environmentAble to work well under pressure and adapt to ever-changing marketplace needs and challengesCapacity to manage multiple projects at the same time, pivoting quickly as priorities shiftRespond effectively to management direction and clients' needsMotivated with an entrepreneurial spirit who can initiate projects and implement changesBy applying to this post, you are deemed to consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your personal data by THE OCCAM LAB PTE LTD for the purpose of processing your job application.
