Overview
Mountain Warehouse is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving store success.
This role focuses on leading daily operations, fostering a collaborative team environment, and delivering exceptional customer experience while upholding the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with the Store Manager to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages teamwork and shared goals.
Lead training and development initiatives, empowering staff to excel and grow.
Communicate clearly and transparently, ensuring alignment and trust across the team.
Keep the team well-informed with product knowledge to deliver outstanding customer service.
Assist with day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain high visual merchandising and housekeeping standards.
Prioritise health and safety, conducting risk assessments and ensuring a secure environment.
Participate actively in recruiting, retaining, and building a strong team.
Support meeting and exceeding sales targets, driving profitability through effective strategies.
Monitor KPIs to track and sustain store success.
Oversee stock levels, ensuring smooth replenishment and accurate delivery management.
Implement proactive loss-prevention strategies.
Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service.
Address customer feedback promptly to maintain satisfaction and brand loyalty.
Represent Mountain Warehouse with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
