What will I be doing?

As a Food and Beverage Bar Manager you will be responsible for assisting with managing operations of the bar to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. You will manage, train and develop team members, work within all budgets, and drive sales.

• Manage Food & Beverage service operations
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Recruit, manage, train and develop the team
• Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Drive sales to maximize budgeted revenue
• Assist to develop menus
• Be accountable for monthly stock takes
• Incentivise Team Members to maximise sales and revenue
• Pro‑actively engagement with customers to build relationships and drive loyalty
• Evaluate guest satisfaction levels with a focus on continuous improvement
