First-Line Supervisor of Food Preparation and Serving Workers

About the role

As a Food & Beverage Team Leader, you will supervise the Food & Beverage team to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction across all Skyline Food & Beverage Outlets. We’re looking for a positive, self‑motivated team player with strong leadership skills to join our team on a permanent basis. Flexible with working hours is important as this role requires rostered shifts primarily on weekends, school holidays and public holidays.

The perfect candidate will bring / be :

• 1+ years supervisory experience working in a high‑volume restaurant, bar or events centre.
• Exceptional leadership, supervisory and communication skills.
• A friendly and conscientious attitude.
• The ability to multi‑task and the confidence to use your initiative.
• An encouraging leadership style to contribute towards a positive team culture.
• Good work ethic and ability to build rapport with a diverse team of people.
• Hold a current LCQ and Manager's Licence.
