About The Role
As a Quality Administrator you'll be the driving force behind reviewing our client and internal audits, responding appropriately and creating process improvements and corrective actions to remedy any defects.
This could mean discussing the defect / non-compliance with the affected team to improve their process, or changing the frequency of visits, or generating and submitting a variation of works.
Our Field Staff also run audits on their teams work to ensure quality is paramount.
You will be a champion at analysing the data, paying attention to the finer details and having a deep understanding of our industry and our contractual requirements will be imperative.
Working closely with our operational teams and our senior leaders, you'll turn data into insight and insight into action to prevent reoccurring non-compliance, provide early warning signs of potential issues and highlight areas of success to celebrate.
This role is pivotal in maintaining service excellence and compliance for our largest contract within the business across Australia and New Zealand.

What You'll Do
Review and analyse audits across our operational contracts
Provide regular reporting, insight, trends and analytics to Senior Leaders
Use our digital auditing platform (iAuditor) to drive our teams to complete their internal quality reporting requirements
Collaborate with managers and coach teams on audit requirements and standards
Coordinate corrective actions and follow-ups for internal and external audits
Manage client audit overturns and oversee data entry into systems
Manage internal audit requirements to meet quality standards and contract requirements
Identify trends and root causes to improve service delivery
Support training needs and compliance efforts across teams
Lead internal audit meetings and attend client audit review meetings and calibration sessions
What You'll Bring
Preferably 2+ years of experience in a similar analytical role where data analysis is critical and creating and following corrective actions is paramount
iAuditor experience preferred or the ability to quickly pick up new systems and processes
Advanced Excel, and strong technical and analytical skills (MS Office proficiency is essential)
Confident communicator with the ability to coach and influence others
Excellent attention to detail with an eye for highlighting trends with great time management
A proactive, hands-on approach to solving challenges and driving improvements
A relevant qualification is desirable but not essential as we value practical experience and passion for quality.
