• Strong administrative and coordination skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Experience managing budgets, invoices, and reporting
• A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams
• Familiarity with health & safety systems (preferred)
