Strong administrative and coordination skills

Excellent communication

Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience managing budgets, invoices, and reporting

Familiarity with health & safety systems (preferred)

Responsibilities

As the Health & Safety Team Coordinator, you\'ll provide essential support to the Health & Safety team, helping to maintain systems, track incidents, manage reporting, and coordinate training.

You\'ll be responsible for :

Maintaining the Health & Safety Management System

Coordinating travel, meetings, and training sessions

Managing invoices, reimbursements, and expenses

Supporting data collation and reporting for KPIs and leadership updates

Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date and accurate

This is a key role that helps ensure our health and safety operations run smoothly and meet high standards.
