We're searching for a highly organised and detail-driven Health & Safety Team Coordinator to support our dedicated Health & Safety team at SkyCity Auckland.

You're a proactive and reliable team player who thrives on keeping things running smoothly.

You'll bring :

Strong administrative and coordination skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Experience managing budgets, invoices, and reporting

A collaborative mindset and ability to work across teams

Familiarity with health & safety systems(preferred)

As the Health & Safety Team Coordinator, you'll provide essential support to the Health & Safety team, helping to maintain systems, track incidents, manage reporting, and coordinate training.

You'll be responsible for :

Maintaining the Health & Safety Management System

Coordinating travel, meetings, and training sessions

Managing invoices, reimbursements, and expenses

Supporting data collation and reporting for KPIs and leadership updates

Ensuring compliance documentation is up to date and accurate
