And your colleagues will be there to motivateand inspireyou every step of the way.Amplifon New Zealand is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator based at our Support Office in Takapuna.About the role : The Accounts Receivable Administrator is to deliver effective, timely and accurate information and reconciliations to the Account Services Manager, Finance Manager and Finance Director.
To actively participate in the Finance Team's objectives and support the Company's overall business strategy and directions.Key responsibilities : Perform daily reconciliation of private bank accountPerform weekly reconciliation of funder bank accountAssist and resolve any cash up queries received from the clinicsAccurate and timely management and processing receipting of direct credit paymentsBe able to support on customer refund and aged debtor recovery when and requiredAccurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual tasksSkills required : Planning, scheduling and organization skillsSense of judgement and decision making abilityAbility to work well under pressureGood time managementStrong attention to detail and focus on accuracyExcellent communication skillsFocus on continuous quality improvementBehavioural competencies : Strong team playerReliable, acts with integrity and highly tolerant in all situationsSelf motivated and sense of initiativeOpen to on going change and promote self developmentFocus on continuous quality improvementFocus on service delivery / customer service.Education and experience required : Demonstrated accounting technical experienceGeneral knowledge of General Accounting and Accounts ReceivableStrong Excel skillsJD Edwards / Oracle experience preferred.Notwithstanding the above, all activities must meet the delegated authorities specified by Amplifon.Putting People FirstOne of the ways we amplify careersis by helping our people achieve their full potential.
